Winsul8 Technology
GFRC Insulated Core - Improved thermal efficiency
At the centre of the Signature range is Winsulate Technology - a series of Glass Fibre Reinforced Composite thermal cores for profiles & tracks.
Fitted throughout each profile and track, these brand NEW insulated cores achieve amazing thermal results (as well as strength).
You can also choose to have additional foam filled frame and track cavities for increased thermal efficiency / better U-value of around 15% too.
The system is also fitted with internal thermally insulated beading clips.

Improved Weathering
We now include the addition of both top and bottom, internal and external track rebates*.
Our new system now offers both internal and external rebates (top + bottom), * subject to opening style of course complete with gaskets for increased weather and wind resistance.
We also use 2 continuous rubber compression gaskets on each side of each panel (with resessed housing), and high performance seals on the top and bottom of each panel.
Our bi-fold range includes a tongue and groove interlocking feature which also prevents water infiltration.

Improved aesthetics, flush face and slimmer sight lines.
Our standard aluminium range is now flush to the external face and has a 110mm sight line between sashes!
That means each sash profile is only 52.5mm wide with a 5mm gasket line in between, which results in a sight line of only 110mm! See more of what you want to and less frame, without compromise.

Stronger build quality / improved robustness.
The Signature range is constructed with dual corner cleat and pins on an aluminium inner frame.
Each sash corner is constructed with dual aluminium corner cleats and 4x wedge pins per cleat. This creates a far superior and stronger system, and increases longevity. This is the same for all products in all material options.

NEW improved tracks & rollers
This is where the Signature range sets itself apart from the Classic range, as it gets the very latest track and roller upgrade.
The tracks (top & bottom) include the NEW Winsul8 Technology, which is the larger, stronger & warmer thermal insulation breaks, with an added option of foam filled cavities.
Bifolds rollers are now also fully pivotable, which allows them to adjust and run true, all whilst still being fully encapsulated and secure.

Custom accent colour to sash surround.
Unique to the Signature range you can choose to add a splash of colour with matching or contrasting surrounds.
Our unique aluminium gasket housing not only looks smart and has a 5mm gasket line but it also allows you to custom finish all around the sashes (both inside and outside) in any colour. You can also choose to custom finish hardware (hinges) too.

Secure, faster fitting on site
Lift on / anti-lift security hinges fitted as standard on all Signature range door sets.
We fit lift on / Anti-lift hinges as standard (inc. secret grub screw) for speed of fitting and fast fit glazing beads, which are screw locked.
We are also developing a fitting closer system, where this is pre-fitted into the cavity with the door or window then slotted in and fixed and finally a clip system finishes it all off. This allows the installer to make a very clean finish with no visible silicone.

Bi-fold Doors
Bi-fold doors available as either top rolling, bottom rolling or both top+bottom rolling. These options allow us to install bi-folds where the best structural support(s) are.
Sliding Doors (multi-panels)
Un-compromised thermal performance with stunning aesthetics (large glass panels and slim frames), and available in multiple configurations.
